Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to know how to analyze employee job satisfaction at the Grand Sartika Wamena Hotel, Jayawijaya Regency. The analysis of employee job satisfaction at the Grand Sartika Wamena Hotel was observed with indicators of the work itself, salary indicators, and indicators of working conditions. The sample used was 9 hotel employees in general taken as a sample at the Grand Sartika Wamena Hotel as respondents. The data collection techniques in this study were: observation, literature, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is using score analysis.

 

The conclusion in this study is based on the research results obtained from distributing a list of questions to employees of the Grand Sartika Wamena Hotel, Jayawijaya Regency about the employee job satisfaction variable with the job indicator itself with a score of 33 with a very good predicate, salary indicator with a score of 28.5 with a predicate very good, the indicator of working conditions with a score of 27.5 with a very good predicate. Based on these results, the average score of employee job satisfaction analysis at the Grand Sartika Wamena Hotel, Jayawijaya Regency is 29.66 with a very good predicate.
