Participation of the Inland Fishery Business Group on the Welfare of the Moai Village Community Hubikosi District Jayawijaya Regency

welfare of the people of Moai Village, Hubikosi District, Jayawijaya Regency. This research consists of 2 (two) variables, namely the participation of fisheries business groups with indicators of decision making, implementation, utilization, evaluation, planning and welfare of the village community with indicators: Prosperous family I, prosperous family II, prosperous family III and Prosperous family III Plus . The total population in this study was 92. In sampling, the authors used a sampling technique with the slovin formula. Thus the number of samples used as many as 48 people. The type of research used is descriptive research. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis.
Based on the results of data analysis on the fishery business group participation variable, the average percentage value is 42.97%. And from the results of the interpretation of the assessment category, it can be said that the participation of the fishery business group is categorized as lacking. While the results of data analysis on the welfare variable of the village community obtained an average percentage value of 39.94%. And from the results of the interpretation of the assessment category, it can be said that the welfare of the village community is categorized as very poor.
